Hilarie began her real estate career in San Diego working in Corporate Relocation before earning her Colorado real estate license in 2006. Today, as a Colorado Employing Broker and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), she specializes in smooth, well-orchestrated transitions — from out-of-state moves to lifestyle changes to second homes and investment properties in the mountains.

Known for her calm, grounded presence and ability to ease stressful moments (often in a pair of Converse Chuck Taylors), Hilarie believes real estate doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Her optimistic energy, thoughtful communication, and strategic guidance help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
